I have a requirement for a report in which the user can select the fields he
wishes to see. If it were up to me I'd just make a half doze reports and let
the user select the one that most closely meets his needs. Otherwise it seems
you might have to do a lot of coding to make the formats work halfway decent.
I built a form with a list of fields and check boxes, but now I'm suffering
from blank page syndrome on where to go from here. I could just create the
reports and then select one based on what most nearly matches what the user
chose. I suppose I could feed the selections to a report wizard and let the
chips fall. Any other suggestions, other than telling the boss to grow up?
