A LINE that will not go away

Hi there,

I am using Excel 2004 and have encounted a line that appears in two of the
documents 6 sheets.

I am unable to select the line to delete. When I elect to hide 'objects'
under Tools/Options - the lines dissappear, but so do my Graphs.
Does anyone have any expereicne of this and if so please advise of a
solution.

It may be a squished combo box or text box.

Choose View>Toolsbars>Control toolbox
Click the Design mode button
Point to one of the lines
If the pointer changes to a four-headed arrow, click on
the line to select it
Press the delete key, to delete the line

Click the Exit Design Mode button
Close the Control toolbox.
