A message that cannot be deleted, opend or moved

THere is a message in a user's inbox that cannot be opened, deleted or
moved. How can I delete that message ?

One drastic way is to create a new PST file and copy everything from the old
file to the new, with the exception of the misbehaving message. Then remove
the old file.
