I'm dutch and I get this message with Word 2003.

wilt u doorgaan?

Then you can choose between Yes or NO.
It happens with a document where's a merge between a word
document and a database.

It happens with a document where's a merge between a word
document and a database.

This is a new security feature. It is warning you that the Word
document is going to collect information from your computer.

The security issue is that someone might send you a document,
supposedly for your editing or other seemingly-innocent purpose, but
the document runs a mail merge and gathers information (your address
book, your customer list, your financial data) and saves the
information as hidden text. When you send the document back with your
editing completed, the document carries your information back to the
spy.

If it becomes too annoying, there is a complex method of suppressing
it, involving editing the registry.
