A note about working with include pages

Most people probably already know this, but for those who don't:

When working on / designing an include page, especially one that relies on CSS, make *sure* you
declare the same doctype in it as you're using for the pages you are going to "include" it in.

Even though anything outside the body tags is not "included," it will keep you from making errors
that won't show up until you view the page that has the doctype declaration and is using the
"included" content.

I spent several hours over two days trying to figure out why an include looked great until I
"included" it and viewed the page.
