Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.
Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, microsoft.public.word for
example.
A couple of other suggestions: asking for private EMail support is
considered very impolite. If it's worth my time as an unpaid volunteer
to answer questions, it should be worth your time to come back to the
newsgroup for the answer. And you might want to look into purchasing
one of the numerous financial programs such as Quicken, MS Money, or
MyMoney, all of which provide this feature and much more.
