a previously prepared power point presentation not opening now

Hi,
I prepared a power point presentation couple of moths before. Now I am not
able to open that file. it says power point cannot read ?
Why is that and how can i rectify that ?

Hi,
Go to the file in the Folder and right click it.
At "Opens with" click Change
Choose Power-Point
Click Apply/OK.
