A printable manual for PPT 2007?

If I use Help, I can see a TOC. It looks like it's printable. That is,
perhaps everything under it. However, if possible, I'd like to produce
one big pdf document.

Hmmm. I see I had a print option as pdf. That produced exactly one page.
The TOC. This could be slow going. It would be good to get all in one shot.

BTW, is there a decent book on PPT. The ones I've seen are pretty lame.

It used to be possible to do this with Help. MS has "improved" it though.

But, as though to compensate for the inability to print our own manual,
they've also lamed down the content to the point where there'd be little
reason to WANT to print it all.

Finally. An excuse for the help in Office: it saves paper.

Funny. Yes, the descriptions barely help.
