A problem occurred running while microsoft access was communicating with OLE server or ActiveX Control.

Hello.
I have Microsoft Access 365.
I made a form in MS Acces 2016 from a table, in which I have a combobox that by selecting a record should show me that record. (See attachment - screen 2)

But when I select it, I get the message "A problem occurred while Microsoft access was communicating with OLE server or ActiveX Control" (See attachment-screen 1)

What to do?

Please help.
