a Program is trying to access address list.

In Outlook when I select Reply or Forward I get an error message
A Program is trying to access your address list. And then it gives me the
option of allowing access for a selectable number of minutes.

What is it and how do I get rid of it? Norton AntiVirus is current and is
not picking up anything.
