A program is trying to access e-mail ...

The caution message "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook" is extremely annoying to users who are trying to do a
legitimate mass mailing from Word/Excel. This security feature should be
optional, and users should be able to enable or disable it. If a user knows
what they are doing, then they should be given the option to enable/disable
security features that hinder their work. I really hope to see this security
feature become configurable. thank you.

What versions are you using are you up to date with all service packs and
hot fixes, depending on your reply but you shouldn't be getting that error
unless you was using a non office application i.e. third party. The reason
its there is/was to stop oldish viruses from sending out of Outlook without
the users knowledge.
