A Program is trying to access your email address book msg

About evry 2 minutes, Ia message pops up on my monitor
saying that a program is trying to access my Outlook
address book. How do I find out the name of the program
and how do I delete the program.

I ahve a similar problem -

It is Probably Norton or McAfee Virus checker looking for
allowed email addresses.....

This is what is happening to me.
