Sorry to ask a million questions. Have been asking a lot lately
I have a subfolder under 'Contacts' called Prospects which I've been using to keep track of potential clients.
I now want to set tasks for these prospects so I can be reminded to follow up on them.
I don't want to clutter up my existing tasks as they are cluttered up already with general work and personal tasks.
So, I figured I'd make a sub folder under tasks and call it 'Prospect Tasks'? Is that a good heading?
Now the questions:
1. Will this sub folder sync to my PDA? Cause I don't want it to.
2. Will these new tasks hare the same calendar with my existing tasks, will I see them together with my normal tasks? Cause that's what I don't want.
