A Question about team collaboration

There are going to be 2 of us working on a web site. We will have 2
versions of FP working from 2 different locations.

My question: how easy is it to do collaborative work with FP. We will
not both be working on the same pages - each will have different
sections of the site that we will develop both short term and long
term.

Any help will be appreciated.
