A required installation file ZF561407.CAB not found

Having problem trying to repair MS Office Small Business Edition 2003.
Keeps giving "a required installation file ZF561407.CAB not found".
Have disk inserted. When I hit cancel advises "fatal error during
installation".

Any ideas???
