A secondary user can't insert a PUB60COR image in Print Publicat

I am the main user of my computer. When using Publisher 2003 - Print
Publication - Greeting Cards - Birthdays programme, I have no problem in
inserting a picture from PUB60COR (which Publisher offers you by default).

But when another user (Guest) uses the same programme, you cannot find
PUB60COR. Instead, when you try to insert a picture, Publisher offers you "My
Pictures" etc, by default.

How can there be two different progs on my computer and what can I do,
please, to rectify the problem?

This may be a clue to someone more knowledgeable than me: the Insert Picture
option in my Guest's programme takes her into all of my files which contain
pictures. I thought that, once you switched users, the other user could not
get access to the first user's files?

Hope somebody can help, thanks, Geoffrey Tyson

The current folder for inserting pictures is stored on a per-user basis.

Provided Guest has sufficient permissions, Pub60Cor can be found here:
c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Clipart\PUB60COR

You can paste this into the "Open" line and press enter and you will be
magically taken there, or you can manually drill down through the
directory tree.

(Note: This assumes you have Publisher installed in the default location)
