Can't print to OneNote or insert Screen Clippings or graphics

My office computer has Office Enterprise 2007. The OneNote printer driver
appears in Printers and Faxes, but it doesn't work -- when I try to print
anything to OneNote using that "printer," no output appears in OneNote (just
a new Untitled page with nothing in it).

I have run Office Diagnostics but that didn't help. I also ran Repair from
Add and Remove Programs and that didn't help.

If I try to insert a Screen Clipping, the target page in OneNote only shows
"Screen clipping taken [date] [time]" but there's no actual screen clipping.

If I try to insert a file as a Printout (using Insert menu), OneNote acts as
if it's going to work (I get a progress bar from OneNote), but then I get an
error message that reads "The file you have selected cannot be inserted as a
printout. There may be a problem with the file, or you may not have the right
program installed. You must first install a program that can open and print
this type of file, and then try again." (The file in question is a Word
document, and I do have Word 2007 installed.) The end result is the
insertion of an icon representing the Word document, not a printout of the
document.

If I try to insert an image from a file (Insert|Pictures|From File) nothing
happens at all.

The "Send to OneNote 2007" printer is not missing in the Print dialog
box. It is there but it doesn't function.

And it's a 32-bit system.

I have no solution except a new install (as suggested by David Olsen).
But as there is the "known problem" of the ON-printer disappearing after
installing the Office SP2:
Did you apply the update of SP2?
If so: Did the problem appear after the update?

I don't know - it was a pretty new install of Office 2007, and I applied
SP2 very soon after it was installed, even before I tried the OneNote
printer.

Thanks for the reply.

It seems to be a variation of the "known problem" as explained in the
KB-Article 953195 [1]
Run the repair as suggested.
