I have purchased and used office 2000 small bussiness for 5 years and have no
problems in fact I have been very pleased with it. I am about to buy a new
system that runs XP and wanted to purchase an upgrade to 2003/2006 instead of
buying the whole thing again. I can not find any information on this and it
will cost me $35 to get an answer.Hey Microsoft, I have paid for the product
once AND I SHOULD GET CUSTOMER SERVICE, now if I purchase XP am I going to
get the same treatment ?

Simple answer is that OEMs (Dell, Gateway, .etc) will always try to sell you
a new copy of Office (currently 2003) to go with that spiffy new computer.
If you are looking to score an "upgrade", then start calling your local
computer software retailers to see if how much and if available.
