A strange shaped P in my e-mail messages.

Hi,
Recently a strange shape like a reversed P appears in all my spaces
when I am typing in Outlook I think it has something to do with
recording my keystrokes. I would like to know how to get rid of these
things off my e-mail
messages. can anyone please assist.
