I only need to see a model of a system of release of notes, I just need a
way of doing a release of notes in an easy way for the operator.

"Release of notes" could mean "allocating funds", "sending an email with a
specific note" when some event occurs, "a soprano getting off of high C",
etc.--we have no idea unless you tell us specifically. Also, what is "easy
for the operator" depends on what you're releasing, who needs to receive it,
etc.

Please provide some examples and what you see are the outputs and the inputs
of your system, and we'll try to help.
