A Tricky Rule

I have a very tricky rule that I'm not even sure if Outlook is capable
of. I'm running Outlook 2003. I pay my credit card bill online, and I
get a monthly e-mail with the date that payment is due. I want to take
that e-mail message, regex for the date which payment is due, set a
full-day appointment on my calendar and set the reminder for 2-days
prior.

How can I do this?

Then what can?

If you do it with VBA code, you can run that procedure from a rule that
detects the monthly bill.
