A user belong to two groups

In the past, there are two groups of users A and B. Group
A can only perform enquiry and Group B can perform data
entry / update as well. We assign users to either Group A
or Group B.

However, for the same user, they are going to work
sometimes in Group A, sometimes in Group B. And we are not
able to assign him / her to both groups.

Is there any suggestion for this issue ? Maybe, we can
create a group containing (Username + Location A) belongs
to Group A and (Username + Location B) belongs to Group B ?

Are you asking about Access Security in Microsoft Access?

You can definitely assign a User to more than 1 Group. I have just checked
the MDW file I use and the User Admin is a member of both Admins Group and
Users Group.
