A way to mail merge from excel into a word label template?

I am looking to mail merge a list of stores and their addresses into a word document that has a label template on it. Is this possible? The reason I am asking is because I need to print the addresses onto labels and stick the labels onto the envelopes, our printer does not allow us to put the envelopes directly into the printer and do it the normal mail merge way.
