"A web does not exist at http://www.______.com"

When I try to publish changes with FP 2002 to www.missmariescharmschool.com,
I get the following error message:

"A web does not exist at http://www.missmariescharmschool.com. Would you
like Front Page to create a web at that location?"

But the web does exist at that location and I've published changes to it
before. I'm also still able to publish changes to two other sites that I
maintain with a different host (www.bizland.com), and so I'm quite sure the
problem is not at my end.

I've had the hosting service reset FP extensions, but that has not resolved
the problem.

Any ideas?

Go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and download a copy of
FP Cleaner.

Run the functions that:
Clear the FrontPage Temporary files.
Clear the Cache(*.web) files
