A window pops open unexpectedly at startup

When I start up my PC, a folder "Nokia" opens unexpectedly. I have emptied my
startup group under "All Programs" in the start button. When I restarted my
PC, the problem is still there.
How do I stop this folder from opening on startup? Please help. Thanks
