If a user tries to open an Access database by double-
clicking on its icon they get a window poping up saying
Windows Installer - preparing to install. It then proceeds
to try to find something from MS Office 2000 Disk 2.
However the same user can open the file by running Access
then opening it from the Access file selector.
Applies to all users.
Office 2000 Professional (full installation from both CDs)
Problem applies whether or not SR1a has been applied.
OS: W2000 Pro SP3 or 4
