A2007 Mix/Max buttons missing

When I try to design a new form in A2007 it is always maximized and the
Min/Max buttons do not show despite the appropriate property settings.
Furthermore I cannot change the value of the Moveable property, it is locked
to No. However forms designed under A2003 and brought forward behave as
expected. (The exception is that the Moveable property is set to Yes for
Modal, Pop-up forms but the Min/Max buttons still do not show.)

Another symptom is the the Windows category does not show on the Ribbon.

I've searched the KB to no avail.

Any thoughts? I run A2007 SP1 under Windows Vista.

The setting is under:
Office Button | Access Options | Current Database

It's called Document Window Options.

You have the choice of:
- Overlapping Windows (same as previous versions), or
- Tabbed Documents (the default in the new version.)

More info on adapting to the new version:

Hi Allen,

G'day to you. Thanks, that's fixed it and to think I scanned all the
options before I wrote the post. I missed that one, I was paying particular
attention to the Object Design options rather than Current Database. Why
does MS make the Tabbed Documents the default? Why is there no hint in the
Help about this? Here for example is an extract from A2007 help for Min/Max:
"Even when the MinMaxButtons property is set to None, a form always has
Maximize and Minimize buttons in Design view." No it b____y doesn't!!!

No, don't answer this. :)

Merry Christmas to you.
