A3 folded to A4

I wish to prepare a folded brochure/magazine document which will be A4 size
(that is A3 folded) for printing at a copyshop/commercial printer. However
it seems that because I do not have direct access to an A3 printer I can not
prepare such a document in Publisher. Help please?

You could create two A4 pages and instruct your commercial printer to copy the
publication side by side on A3 stock. You could also download a driver that will
handle this size, you don't need the physical printer.
