A5 booklet using A4 paper in Word 2007

What settings should I use for page setup, i.e. paper size (A4 or A5?),
margins etc. to print a double-sided A5 booklet using A4 paper? Also, what
settings for printing?

On the Margins tab of Page Setup, under "Multiple pages," choose "Book
fold."
