A5 booklet woe

Hi

My aged father is struggling to produce an A5 booklet for his model
aeroplane club.

He's asked me how and I've gone through this newsgroup but I haven't
been able to find and Idiot's Guide which is what he needs (no he's
not an idiot but might as well be when he sits in front of a computer)

He's been given a copy of Publisher 2002 and he wants to produce an 8
page booklet.

Page 1 - Title page
Page 2 - List of contact numbers
Page 3 to 7 - Club news including pictures
Page 8 - Big picture

Can anyone point me in the direction of a website that gives step by
step instructions.

Regards

Your biggest help will be the help files.
It is a simple process. In page setup select "booklet". Publisher will ask about
adding pages, click yes. Click Insert on the toolbar, insert 4 more pages. The pages
will be presented correctly on your screen.
There is a tutorial here, it is for an older version of Publisher but it works about
the same.

Hey I've done it. Thank you.

Printing is a bit of a pig though.

Ah, printing. Without a duplex unit it can be a challenge to some.
This is the complicated way:
View, clear two page spread.
With page one (cover) on the screen, print, current page, click no
Turn it over, go to page two and repeat and so on.
