Who's the nutjob who decided that Normal style paragraph should have 10pt
following, 1.15 linespacing? Did they pick numbers out of a hat?

Obviously, they realized their folly but wouldn't give it up, putting a
Normal (No Spacing) style button right beside it on the ribbon.
