Ability To Add Trusted Sites

Please we are looking for some assistance. Several of our team members who
have in the past been able to connecto to Project Server 2003 PWA are no
longer able to do so. The issue appears to be related to being able to set
the PWA URL as a trusted site. When trying to add the URL you are prompted
that the site already exists in one of the zones.

To torubleshoot we have done the following.
- Logon to a new machine and create a new user profile (not able to add
trusted site)
- Remove profile and recreate on Terminal Server conenction (not able to add
trusted site)
- Logon to local PC after restart with existing user account (not able to
add trusted sites)
- Logon to local PC and use another user account (ability add trusted sites
was functional)

Our corporate environment standard for browsers is Internet Explorer 6.

Please any thought or solutions would be most appreciated.

Thank you,
J Ferguson

This issue was resolved by uncovering the Group Policy change that was being
pushed through the enterprise network.

We have experienced similiar issues in our environment. Some of our users
have upgraded to IE 7 and even now IE 8. Was there something specific in your
policy that was preventing this? What policy were you enforcing that was
prevnting access? Do you know of any issues or have any tips with
compatibility between Project Server 2003 and IE 7 or IE 8? Any help greatly
appreciated.

Thank you,

BH
