Ability to convert .ppt into a media file (.avi, .wmv, etc.)

I have been looking for a way to convert a narrated PowerPoint Presentation
into a movie file of any sort .mpg, .avi, .wmv, etc. If there is a way I
haven't found it and it something I would like to be able to do for
incorporating video clips and other things into my presentations and then be
able to burn them on CD or DVD.
