Ability to delete timesheets - once approved and periods closed

Hi All,

I am hoping someone can comment conclusivley regarding the integrity of
approved timesheets. I have heard that issues exist regarding the team
members ability to recall, adjust and delete the Timesheet even after the
Timesheet Manager has approved it.

And if the timesheet has been approved, and the period has been closed, the
team member can still delete it.

Can any body comment on wether this is true and if so the impacts of using
this timesheet functionality in a commercial environment?
