Ability to select which email address to send new mail from?

I'm running Outlook 2003 and have 3 email addresses setup (2 are general
delivery and one is my personal), when I'm replying to an email I get the
option to change which email address I'm replying from but on new emails I
don't so they are always sent from the personal email. Is there a way to
have the "from" field show on new emails so I can select one of the three
addresses as needed?

Use the Accounts toolbar button if you don't want to use whatever is
configured to be the default e-mail account for outbound messages.

Use the accounts drop down to select the sending account.
