Choose Tools>AutoCorrect. On the AutoCorrect tab, select
the entry you want to get rid of, and click Delete.

Thank you for answering

However, I would like to know how to do that without starting Word. Any idea

AutoCorrect entries are stored in Word templates. I don't see how
you could modify them without starting Word.

AutoCorrect entries are *not* stored in templates--at least not most of
them. AutoText entries are stored in templates, and *formatted* AutoCorrect
entries are stored in Normal.dot, but the bulk of AutoCorrect entries are
stored in .acl files, one for each language, which are used by all Office
apps.

Hi Suzanne

Thank you very much for replying

I would like to raise some more questions here

1. Are the entries added by myself stored in normal.dot and *.acl files? I have checked those files and didn't find my entries there. Also, after adding a new entry, those files are not modified
2. I would like to add some "Replace:" and "With:" in bulk. How can I do so

We are technical support and need to type many emails a day. I just want to distribute my "triggers" to all computers here. Thanks again
