about conditional formatt

hi
i have form with subform , i applied condtion to one
control of subform to change its color ,
when i were desplaying the main form , i discoverd that
the reocrds of main form which has less than 5 records of
subform , it applied the conditional formatt , while other
records which has more than 5 sub form records , it didnot
applied the condyional format
to make sure for that , i make a new datasheet form , make
condtional format , then i started to fill data manually
as datasheet view , up to the first 5 records it applied
the new format , but when i make new record ( 6 th ) , all
records restored its normal format , but by viewing form
as normal , it seemed applied , only as datasheet , not
applied
so , could u please advice me where i could solve my
problem , ?
