About Creating a Timesheet

Dear all,

I'm a newbie of Project Server.
How can i force my team member to submit a timesheet?
and i've seen some screenshot that there is a button
"View Timesheet summary" in the resource field in PWA.
However i cant see this button in PWA...

how can i enable this button?
