About Database Migration from Access 97 to 2003

Dear All,

I am going to migrate a database which is in Access 97 format to Access
2003, what should I do with it and what precautions should I take? I found
that there is a Access Conversion Toolkit in the Download site, can anyone
tell me what is its functions?

Is it very difficult to migrate the database from 97 to 2003?

Unless you have a lot of specialized VBA code, no. Simply make a
backup copy (to be on the safe side) and open the 97 database in 2003.
Accept Access' offer to upgrade.

Post back if this causes problems (it's not unheard of... but usually
readily fixed).
