About Frames

I am having difficalty with frames at the moment is there
a way that i can repeat a picture? Also when I put a
picture on the frame it hides all the work that i did.
please supply some ideas for me please!!!!

Press Ctrl+F5 to clear your cache when viewing the picture. This will ensure
you have the most recent image on screen.
