Hi,

I have created new Enterprise Outline Code. in Enterprise Global Template and assigned it to Project Centre View.

and want to assigned save and publish projects . but it is displaying dialog box : which is following.

" You cannot overwrite the default version of (Published) of a Project."

" To save this project , type a new project name or save the project as a version other than default."

How i can add new enterprise outline code to existing projects with out change the version of the project.

Your project outline codes are available to edit in PWA. Highlight the
project in PWA and use the Edit icon.

You are following the wrong process for setting the values for this new enterprise outline code. Here's the correct way to do it:

1. Open a project
2. Click Project - Project Information
3. Set the value for the enterprise outline code and then click OK
4. Save and publish the project

Hope this helps.
