About Pivot Tables

Hi All,

I have a pivot table. I want refresh the data every day. What
I am facing the problem is some times the refresh is not happening
properly. And in the drop down list new fileds are comming( the fields
is " " - not "blank" where some data is going to that value.

For example:

2
3
4

After refreshing the data some times the values are like:

1
2

3
4

Some thing like above and some data is going to the value " " there I
am getting the wrong results. How resolve this kind of problem.
