About showing blank form on empty search result...

Hi,
I'm new to infopath, i created a form for searching and if there is
value i wanna to display it else to open a blank form for the user to
enter the details..

for example if user searches for the particular account no and name
and if therez no data on it then i must show the form with the user
entered code and name in a form in which he can enter the new account
else if the data is present it must be shown in that form for the user
to modify .
i created the user updatable form but could not able to show the blank
form for registring can you help please..
