About the format changing

Hello

Could anyone please help ? I want to use the DVD Re-writer to burn the
digital video , but how can I change the formats like avi. mpeg. etc to the
DVD formats , like ifo. vob. bup. I used the Nero Express , but it doesn't
support the DVD format , any software can work or any way can do that ?
Please give me a hand .
