About to use registration key for the 3rd time

After a series of hard drive crashes and re-formats, i am about to enter my
registration key in office 2003 for the 3rd time. Will i lose my license if
this goes down yet again.? It basically says that you can enter it three
times and then its not going to be accepted after that.

You can use the phone activation if you need to but you might want to
address the harddrive crashes first if you haven't already?
