need help!
how to create a worksheet that the half is a read only cannot be change by
other user and the other half is a full control.

Hi
first select the cells for which you want to allow acces.
Goto 'Format - Cells - Protection' and uncheck 'Locked'
Now goto 'Tools - Protection' and protect your worksheet
