Abschaffen der Fortsetzungs-Trennlinie bei Endnotes aber este Zeile ist leer!

Hallo,
ich habe folgendes Problem.
Bei Word 2000 habe ich die Trennlinie und die Fortsetzungslinie bei Endnote
gelöscht. Trotzdem beginnen die Endnoten bei der Fortsetzung (nächste Seite)
in der zweiten Zeile und nicht in der esten. Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?

Deleting the separator lines still leaves the paragraph that they occupy. To
get around this, format both the Endnote Separator and the Endnote
Continuation Separator as 1 point font or 1 point line spacing or both (and
make sure that the paragraph has no Space Before/After). Or possibly you can
even format the paragraph as Hidden.
