absolute positioning

I am getting feedback that my site does not line up
properly for clients, using different browsers. The
navigation bar is moved to the wrong position and
pictures overlap one another.

I use absolute positioning to move these item around in
FrontPage. How can I adjuzt my site to work for all types
of browsers, or is this something I have to live with?

Help is appreciated.
