Absolute Positioning

Thought I'd give frames a try... but am having problems
using absolute positioning button with images. In no
frames, I usually just click on the image, click on
the 'AP' button and place where I want. Now in the frames
page, this does not happen for images or tables. They
will not move anywhere and 'AP' button is greyed out.
Anyone have a solution ??
