Absolute positioning

How do you turn it on , so you can put a picture where
ever you want to on the page. I know you must change a
setting to be able to do this. Would apprecate any help i
can get.

Tools Page Options Compatibility/Authoring
- turn on CSS 1 & 2

Note
If you don't understand cross browser CSS, I don't recommend using absolute positioning
- use tables instead
